I got this really cool sports bottle on Amazon.com for those always on the move I use it all the time when I go running. It has this awesome built in cubby to store your essentials. If you are tired of carrying your money, cards and keys separately to the gym like I was then you should check out this bottle. Its a 24 ounce wide mouth bottle which held a lot more liquid than I thought it could. I thought the compartment would take up a lot of liquid space but it didnt.
