I took it on vacation to Italy and it helped me sleep pretty much all the way there and back. It was by far the best flight experience I've ever had. Normally I\'m restless and get agitated at the slightest thing whilst flying and have to consume alcohol to de-stress. Not this time though. The pillow is so, so soft and comfortable and offers such fantastic support, it must be the most comfortable travel pillow I've ever tried. The sleep mask has a super-soft padded interior that has some kind of relaxing effect around your eyes that makes you want to fall asleep. It's really strange, as every time I wear it, I feel like sleeping no matter where I am. The earplugs helped block out the noise of the plane engines as well as the noisy passengers, this was a massive benefit. For anyone reading this, I recommend the set for you if you get restless like myself on international flights. It really has been a god send. The company also provides excellent customer care and actually provides you with a direct contact card asking you to get in touch with them if you have any inquiries. I was amazed by this, especially with how poor customer service can be today. Overall the set gets a big thumbs up from me. I have recommended it to my parents as well as friends who have purchased it from Amazon. I can not wait to hear what they have to say when they go on their vacations..
